Best bars & pubs in Istanbul

Istanbul spreads across two continents, and its nightlife is concentrated in a handful of older streets on the European side. The entries below sit mostly in and around the Beyoğlu district, where İstiklal Caddesi and the narrow lanes running off it hold a dense mix of cafés, bars and late-night venues.

The list moves from a rooftop-style bar on the main pedestrian avenue to smaller places tucked into side streets, some of which keep late hours. Each entry notes what is known about its location, timings and contact details, and where a detail has not been confirmed it is left out.

Kasette

Kasette is on Korsan Çıkmazı at number 6, and it is open every day from 22:00 until 04:00, making it a late-night option.

Kücük
