Best Brunch & Breakfast Spots in Istanbul

Istanbul's breakfast and brunch scene is spread across the streets of the Beyoğlu district, where many of the places below sit within a short walk of one another. İstiklal Caddesi, the long pedestrian avenue that runs north from Taksim, is home to several of them, alongside quieter side streets such as Efendi Sokağı and Şeftali Sokağı.

The list mixes coffee houses, a patisserie, a cake and coffee shop, a bookstore café and a Greek and Turkish restaurant. Opening hours vary a good deal, so check before you set out, especially for places that open late or on Mondays.
