Wine Bars and Wine Shops in Istanbul

Istanbul is a city that runs across two continents and many neighbourhoods, and its wine bars cluster in several of the central districts. The eight places below are spread across Beyoğlu, the area around İstiklal Caddesi and the streets climbing up from the Galata side, with a few entries further along the same hill.

The listings vary. Some are small bars with late hours, some are cafés with wireless internet, and one has a street-facing terrace. Where we have a verified address, opening time or website, we say so; where we do not, we have left the detail out rather than guess.

Urban Cafe

Kasette

Kasette is on Korsan Çıkmazı at number 6, and is open every day from 22:00 until 04:00. It is one of the later-opening entries on this list.

Kücük

Practical notes

Several of these addresses sit on narrow side streets, so it is worth checking a map before you set out. Only Kasette and Kücük have opening hours on record, so ring or check the websites for the others before going, especially 360 Istanbul, which lists a phone number. Urban Cafe and 360 Istanbul both have websites that may carry current details.
